Delivery, returns and how we pack

Orders are packed by hand and dispatched within 1-3 business days; estimated transit time is 15 business days. Shipping is calculated by distance at checkout. Unused items can be returned within 30 days, damaged parcels should be reported within 48 hours, and lost parcels within 7 days.
