Shipping policy

FREEMAN SIN ships from Hong Kong SAR China to the addresses we are able to serve at checkout.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Estimated delivery
Estimated transit time is 15 business days from dispatch. Remote destinations and customs clearance can add a little longer; if your parcel is delayed we will keep you updated by email.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery distance to your address and the weight of your parcel. The exact cost is shown before you pay, so there is no surprise afterwards.

Lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at contact@solgole.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open a trace with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund once the parcel is confirmed lost.

Damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us at contact@solgole.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Customs and duties
Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged on delivery are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
